Privacy

We collect your email when you sign up, and your name, address, and payment details when you order. That's all.

We use your email to send you the Sunday drop and order confirmations. We don't sell it. We don't pass it to advertisers. You can unsubscribe at the bottom of any email and we'll stop.

A few trusted services help us run the site. Stripe handles payments — we don't store your card. Shopify hosts the store. Klaviyo sends our emails. Each holds your information only to do their part of the job, and each has its own privacy policy you're welcome to read.

The site uses standard cookies to remember your cart and to understand, in aggregate, how people move through the site. You can turn cookies off in your browser if you'd prefer.

We keep order records for as long as Australian tax law requires (currently seven years). If you unsubscribe from the Sunday email, we remove you from the list within a few days.

We don't market to children, and the site isn't intended for anyone under 18.

If you want to know what we hold about you, or want it deleted, email hello@bower.flowers and we'll do it within seven days.
