Terms
These are the terms you agree to when you buy flowers from Bower. Plain English; we'll keep them that way.
Bower is the work of a small creative team in Melbourne. When you place an order through this site, you're entering into an agreement with us. By placing the order, you confirm that the details you've given us are accurate and that you're authorised to use the payment method you're providing.
Each Sunday we publish a small drop of arrangements, available until they're sold out. Prices, delivery dates, and the arrangements themselves are described on the site at the time you order. We reserve the right to substitute individual stems if the market shifts between order and delivery — we'll match the spirit and the price of the original. If we ever need to make a substitution we don't think you'd be happy with, we'll email you first.
Once you've placed an order, we'll send a confirmation. If we can't fulfil it for any reason — a wholesaler shortfall, a delivery address we can't reach, a payment issue — we'll be in touch within a day and either offer an alternative or refund you in full.
Risk of damage passes to you on delivery. If you've selected a contactless drop and the flowers are damaged between when we leave them and when you collect them, we'll do what we reasonably can — but we can't guarantee replacement in every case. The Returns page covers what happens when something arrives damaged.
Photographs on the site are representative. Each arrangement is hand-built from that week's market, so yours may vary slightly from the image — that's the point of how we work.
The content on this site, including photography, copy, and the Bower wordmark, belongs to us. You're welcome to share, screenshot, and quote in a normal way; please don't reproduce it commercially without asking.
If you have an account or have signed up for the Sunday email, you can close or unsubscribe at any time. We'll keep order records for as long as Australian tax law requires us to. Privacy covers what we do with your data.
If something goes wrong and we can't sort it out between us, these terms are governed by the laws of Victoria, Australia, and any disputes will be heard there.
If anything here is unclear, email hello@bower.flowers.
