Returns

Flowers aren't really returnable in the way most things are — but if something arrives damaged, doesn't look like the arrangement we promised, or doesn't last the way it should, we'll make it right.

If something's wrong on arrival

Email us within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and a quick note about what's happened. A photo helps but isn't required. We'll either send a replacement on the next available delivery day or refund you in full — your choice.

If they don't last the week

A Bower arrangement should hold for five to seven days with reasonable care. If yours fades noticeably sooner, let us know within five days of delivery and we'll send a replacement or refund the order. The Care page covers what helps them last; we don't expect anyone to follow it perfectly.

Wrong address, missed delivery, change of mind

Get in touch as early as you can. We can usually redirect or reschedule before the flowers leave us. Once an order is en route, we can't always intercept — but we'll do what's reasonable.
